From May 3rd to May 5th, 2024, financial consulting professionals from across the Asia-Pacific convened in Jakarta for the Moores Rowland in the Asia Pacific (MRAP) Working Group Meetings. On Sunday, May 5th, featured a series of insightful presentations on critical developments in the financial and consulting industries.
MRAP Update: Baudouin Coomans, Secretary General of MRAP, provided key updates on the organization’s ongoing initiatives and strategic direction.
CIM Holdings Presentation: Anthony Galliano, CEO of CIM Holdings, introduced the company’s latest ventures and strategic focus.
Audit and Tax Changes in Germany/Europe: Gerhard Meyer and Steffen Ahrens, partners of FALK GmbH & Co KG, delivered an informative session on the latest audit and tax regulatory changes in Germany and the broader European market, outlining their implications for businesses operating in the region.
Sustainability Services: Ali Rahmadi, Division Head of Sustainability Services at Moores Rowland Indonesia, highlighted the increasing importance of sustainability in financial consulting and the firm’s initiatives to support environmentally responsible business practices.
Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Services: Dr. Unang Mulkhan, Senior Business and Human Rights Specialist at FIHRRST, discussed the significance of HRDD services, emphasizing the role of businesses in upholding human rights and ethical governance.
