LLC "Moores Rowland Tajikistan" is the only firm representative of the Association of Moores Rowland international in the Republic of Tajikistan. We started out in 2007 as a local firm, Aproach Consulting Group, and later in 2010 became part of the consulting network, Mazars. In 2011, the company's partners decided to create new lines in the sectors for outsourcing and consulting services.
Since its inception, our team has become one of the best providers of outsourcing and consulting services in Tajikstan.

Aziza Yusupova
Executive Director
Aziza is a certified auditor with more than seven-years of experience in the NGO sector. Her most recent experience includes financial audit, financial review and other agreed upon procedures of international donors, lenders and NGOs. Aziza was involved in the assignment of more than 120 projects funded by well-known NGOs, donors, multilateral and bilateral agencies such as SDC, DFID, EU, EC, WB, NOVIB, USAID, GFATM, ICCO, UN , SIDA, GIZ and others.
Aziza is a Certified Auditor of the Ministry of Finance and is currently pursuing qualification of ACCA.
Nasiba Shorahmonova
Financial Consultant
Nasiba has over 20 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of audit, accounting under IFRS, taxation and management, which forms the backdrop to the provision of outsourcing services to residents and non-residents of Tajikistan. Nasiba leads outsourcing projects of Moores Rowland Tajikistan, in which she is directly responsible for providing guidance and overall review of deliverables and to ensure that work is based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risks.
Her relevant outsourcing experience includes the provision of such services to: Sumsung Kazakhstan, Coca Cola Icecek, Schlumberger, LC Waikiki, UN Agencies, Kaisun Energy Group, Mars, EY, PWC, Caritas Luxemburg, Hyatt Regency, Ecorys, among others.
Nasiba is a Certified Auditor of the Ministry of Finance, plus holds a CAP international certification. Nasiba is fluent in English, Tajik and Russian.
Sanovbar Akramova
Outsourcing Specialist
Sanovbar is an outsourcing specialist at Moores Rowland Tajikistan with experience in working with private companies and financial institutions together with more than 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Sanovbar possesses knowledge in the field of accounting in international companies, taxation and financial accounting, and reporting in accordance with IFRS and has repeatedly been involved in budgeting and financial reporting services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Within the framework of outsourcing, Sanovbar has cooperated with companies such as: art Studio "Baby Land", Khazina, OOO, OOO "Paris", OOO "Tejero Sughd", LLC "Kurosaki of Zarrin", among others.
Sanovbar is fluent in English, Tajik and Russian.
