Lee King is the managing partner in of Moores Rowland. He was previously the founding partner and managing partner of Moores Rowland Singapore and Mazars LLP Singapore for thirty years. He has extensive experience in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, banking, trading, distribution, construction, hospitality etc. In addition to the above he also has extensive experience in corporate recovery and management consultancy. He was formerly the chairman of Praxity Asia Pacific, one of the largest alliance of independent firms worldwide.
His area of practice include manufacturing, technologies, investment holding, services, constructions, statutory board, property development. Among other area of practice include liquidation and corporate finance.
Boon Yip is a partner of Moores Rowland Singapore. He is a business advisor and a client service partner for inbound and outbound businesses/companies. He has over 20 years of experience in advisory, audit and risk management services. He is also an independent director and sits in the audit, remuneration and nomination committee of a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
His areas of practice includes software, digital assets, manufacturing, gaming, investment holding, family office, services, constructions, property development.
Louis is the Director of Moores Rowland Singapore. He is also the advisor for China Desk, supporting Singapore-based Chinese clients on advisory matters in China. He is in charge of business advisory engagement which include Pre-IPO Consultants, business and tax planning and advisory. He is also an independent director and sits in the audit, remuneration and nomination committee of a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Eddie is a member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). He is an
accredited tax advisor with more than 30 years of experience in the Singapore taxation industry. His previous work experience includes stint in the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore as well as several internationally CPA Firms and a local German law practice, providing tax solutions and advisory services to local as well as international clients.
Briefly, Eddie worked for about 10 years as a Senior Tax Manager in an internationally affiliated CPA Firm. He worked another 2 years as a manager in a Big 4 CPA Firm and then spent about 15 more years as a tax director in a tax consultancy firm as well as the Head of Taxation in a German law firm based in Singapore. Since 2019 till now, he is a tax director of MRI Moores Rowland LLP.
Eddie has vast experience in dealing, providing services and advice to his clients on a wide range of tax compliance and advisory issues including corporate restructuring, cross-border taxation, tax audit & voluntary disclosure cases, GST advisory and international expatriation planning.
Krishan retired as the senior partner of MRI Moores Rowland LLP, Singapore at the end of 2020. He is currently the Partnership Advisor in charge of the Ethics and Risk Management of the Firm.
He moved to Singapore in 2007 as a director of audit with Mazars, Singapore for nearly five years and was responsible for the overall business strategy of the firm, the overview of the major audits of the firm which included commercial and industrial listed and unlisted groups and companies including board presentation, due diligence and reports relating to SGX listing application.
He was previously with Mazars London Office for over thirty years and has wide range of expertise in the commercial, manufacturing and industrial companies, insurance sector (life and general insurance), including mutuals, international group of insurance brokers, turnkey projects for the world bank and specific specialism in shipping and transport and oil and gas industries.
