Vipul Kothari has the distinction of passing the chartered accountancy at the age of 21 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and went on to receive gold medals from BK School of Business Management in MBA finance. 

He founded Kothari Auditors & Accountants L.L.C. in United Arab Emirates in 1992 and Global Business Services DMCC in 2010.

Vipul is presently Director of Global Business Services DMCC as well as Managing Partner of Kothari Auditors & Accountants L.L.C.

He is specialized in guidance & assistance for formation of global entities, trusts & foundations in various jurisdictions across the world and is a leading practitioner in this field.

Prasad, a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with 20+ years of expertise in various fields such as internal/external auditing, financial analysis, cost management, budgeting, and project finance. His career trajectory reflects a strong focus on audit management, having progressed to the position of Partner at Kothari Auditors & Accountants L.L.C. He also has a track record of driving internal process improvements, advising on business strategies, and working closely with legal and financial departments so as to ensure conformity with IFRS, IAS, SIC, IFRIC, SAP & ISA. 

His qualifications include certifications in management accounting (CMA) and company secretarial practices (CS), along with a diverse educational background that includes a law degree and a master's degree in accounting and financial management.

Rajan is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and is currently a Director – Audit & Assurance at Kothari Auditors & Accountants. He is a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in auditing & assurance, finalization & consolidation of financial statements, budgeting, MIS preparation, taxation, and system implementation & transition.

He possesses strong expertise in analyzing existing systems and procedures, designing internal control systems, and facilitating effective decision-making. With a strategic mindset, Rajan excels in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and leading teams toward achieving corporate objectives. His qualifications also include a Master’s degree in accounting & finance and a Diploma in Tax Practices, further strengthening his ability to navigate complex financial and regulatory environments.
