Tony obtained his Arts and Law degrees from the University of New England and the College of Law respectively and holds a Master of Laws and a Master of Taxation. He is admitted to practice in the New South Wales Supreme Court, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and in the New Zealand High Court.
Apart from Tax, Tax Structuring, Superannuation and SMSF Property Structuring, and Estate Planning, Tony has advised on a broad spectrum of taxation laws including structured business advice, Selling and Buying businesses, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, International IP & Licensing Structuring, international tax, capital raising, Private Equity, venture capital, tax compliance, transfer pricing, capital gains tax, trusts, tax administration, tax litigation, reconstructions, corporate insolvency and corporate governance.
He has also presented at National and International tax conferences and has published in leading national and international tax journals and is called upon from major leading Australian Newspapers to comment upon Global Tax Issues.
