A chartered accountant who is also ISA qualified, Mitesh has more than 15 years of experience specializing in business advisory services. Besides focusing on forensic, internal and compliance audits, as an experienced tax professional, Mitdesh has assisted corporate and multinational clients on GST impact analysis, implementation and compliance, especially in GCC countries and has visited the tax authorities in Dammanm, Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, as well as the UAE to gain first-hand knowledge of VAT implementation procedures there.
His expertise in the IT field, meanwhile, has seen Mitesh act as convener for the IT committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and of the Ghatkopar C A CPE study circle, while he is also part of the UIT committee of the WRIC of ICAI.
Amit’s expertise lies in all direct tax advisory, procedures and compliance, which includes corporate tax, transfer pricing, lower deduction of tax certification, cross-border advisory, transaction advisory and tax audits. Amit has extensive experience in handling tax audits, appeals, assessments and various other representation matters with diverse regulatory and taxation authorities.
Amit has also presented papers and contributed to union budget publication and diverse topics in conferences organized by various professional bodies. During the three decades of his professional career, Amit has trained more than 100 CA students.
Previously a co-opted member of the indirect taxes committee and convener for Ghatkopar CA study circle of WIRC, Amit is currently a member of the IFRS – IND AS committee of the WIRC of ICAI.
Pranav’s expertise lies in the goods and services tax (GST) sector, providing advisory, advance ruling, transaction advisory and classification consulting on GST. He has been an expert consultant on indirect tax to large corporate entities with complex structures and a presence in multiple states, handling complex legal matters in his own inimitable style.
Pranav is the immediate past president of the Goods and Service Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra (GSTPAM) who he has represented on several GST issues before the Indian Finance Minister, members of the GST council, GST commissioners, etc. He is also part of the indirect tax research committee of the WIRC of ICAI, plus is a past chairman of the indirect tax committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and past convener of Ghatkopar CPE study circle of ICAI.
Pranav has addressed various seminars and lectures on MVAT and CST and GST at the GSTPAM, Chamber of Tax Consultants, WIRC study circles of ICAI and various industrial and trade associations in Mumbai and across Maharashtra. He has also received various awards at the GSTPAM. Pranav contributes as a speaker in media webinars about GST and his contributions in the field of indirect tax have been covered by newspapers on numerous occasions.
Hemant is a practicing chartered accountant holding qualifications in information systems audit (ISA) and Master of business finance (MBF) with ICAI .He has hands-on experience in handling statutory audits of limited and private limited companies, liaison offices and subsidiaries of foreign companies. He also has experience in transfer pricing audits (domestic as well as international) for taxation purposes and is capable of handling risk-based audits and FX-treasury audits.
Hemant has led meetings at the study circles of Ghatkopar CPE, Dombivli CPE, and Malad CPE on such subjects as project finance, bank audits, accounting standards, etc.
Hermant has carried out audit and consultancy assignments for clients in the financial field such as main brokers on the National and Bombay stock exchanges (NSE, BSE), commodity exchange, as well as NBFC and portfolio managers, regularly advising them on risk-based internal control systems.
Hemant is also an insolvency professional (IP) licensed by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Hemant is the Vice President of Resolve Insolvency Professional Association (RIPA) and also convener of the IP study group of WIRC.
Atul focuses on the accounting and taxation practice of the firm. He has exposure in the accounts outsourcing and tax advisory side with a specialization in GST compliance His expertise lies in consultancy, opinions and tax planning for corporate entities and individuals. Atul handles complex audits, advisory and assessment issues relating to work contract matters, CENVAT credit rules, point of taxation (POT) rules, point of provision of services (POPS) rules, etc. He’s also an insolvency professional (IP) and has recently started looking after related work in this field.
Atul is the current Vice Chairman for the indirect taxation committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and has led the Ghatkopar CA CPE study circle of WIRC. Atul has conducted various training sessions organized by WIRC-ICAI and also served at WIRC ICAI.
